GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A VEHICLE WITH CAR RENTAL SERVICE
- The booked car will be available on time at the site requested while doing the booking. However this cannot be granted in presence of “force major” or to situations not directly imputable to us. In any case, we will provide to our Customers a telephone number to call for any inconvenience.
- We cannot pick-up a number of passengers exceeding the allowed one and detailed on the vehicle data chart.
- Our commitment is to drop you at your destination in the quickest possible way, complying with the driving norms and regulations and safety standards. We cannot be considered responsible for delay due to traffic congestion, works in progress on the route, bad weather conditions, protest processions, etc.
- Any vehicle damage or break imputable to the passengers will be directly charged to the authors. The driver has the right to ask the passengers damaging the vehicle to abandon the vehicle.
- Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
- Eating and drinking is not permitted in the vehicle. Furthermore it is also not permitted to have behaviours against the common sense or the law while inside the vehicle.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- The booking done with payment thru credit card can be done within 2 days before the date of the requested service.
- Post-payment service is acceptable only in case of providing, upon booking time, all information about a valid credit card. It could also be possible provided a previous specific agreement with the management of CAR Rental Service.
- A charge equal to 50% of the requested service amount will be debited to the credit card or to the personal bank account, in case of cancellation of the service or service not performed for reasons not imputable to us when occurred in the same day of the service. In case of advance payment of the service, the relevant bank charges will be debited too.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Our company, represented by the person in charge for the service, has the right to decline the service when the passengers or also just one of these shows to be intoxicated by drugs, drunken, in abnormal psychic or brain conditions so that to be of safety risk for the driver and the other passengers.
Our company operates in the full respect of the actual terms and regulation issued by the traffic authority. All our vehicles are provided with all necessary licence and authorizations and car insurances contracted with the major insurance companies. The service is granted to all our customers, independently from their nationality, race, religion, social status.
